14.5.5. Accumulator installation

GENERAL INFORMATION

Hose connection for a conclusion of gases from the accumulator, being formed at its work

The hose intended for removal of gases, being allocated at operation of the accumulator, is shown by an arrow.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Prevention At installation of the accumulator do not press a hose intended for removal of gases, being allocated at operation of the accumulator (see fig. Hose connection for a conclusion of gases from the accumulator, being formed at its work). In a hose of removal of gases there is a valve which protects the accumulator from return flash.
1. Establish one party of the accumulator on a basic arm (see fig. Elements of fastening of the accumulator).
	2. At installation of the accumulator check, that the fixing ledge (1) in the basis of the accumulator was established in a groove of a basic arm (it is shown by an arrow).
3. From the second party fix the accumulator a fixing plate and screw it a bolt, having tightened it the moment of 20 Nanometers.
4. Check reliability of fastening of the accumulator, otherwise service life of the accumulator it can be considerable it is reduced.
5. Connect a wire tip to the positive plug of the accumulator and tighten a bolt of fastening of the plug the moment of 6 Nanometers. Establish the case of the holder of safety locks on the storage battery, thus the current-carrying strip should be established on a bolt of fastening of the positive plug of the accumulator.
6. Fix the case of the holder of safety locks on the case of the storage battery.
7. Screw a bolt of fastening of an electrowire plate on the positive plug of the accumulator.
8. Establish safety locks in the holder of safety locks.
9. Connect to the holder of safety locks the electric socket.
10. Connect a weight wire to the accumulator and tighten a bolt of fastening the moment of 6 Nanometers.
11. If in the car the radio receiver with a code is established, repeatedly reprogram it.
12. Establish time on hours.
13. Make active window regulators with an electric drive: – close outside the car through a door of the driver or a door of the forward passenger. Check, that glasses and doors were reliably closed; – repeatedly close the car a key, thus hold a key in a closed position of at least 1 second. Prevention If there is a defect of electric window regulators, illumination of buttons of management on a door will blink.
