On Golf cars the single-wire scheme of turning on of devices of electric equipment is applied. With plus of power supplies consumers incorporate a wire, and to a minus – through a body of the car or on weight. Such method allows to reduce number of wires and to simplify their installation. Connection with mass of a minus of power supplies reduces wear of metal details of a body because of electrochemical corrosion. In certain cases it is not enough direct connection of the electric consumer with weight, therefore the consumer incorporates to weight an additional wire (usually brown color).
The supply voltage is brought to the majority of consumers via the ignition switch. Power-supply circuits of those knots of the electric equipment which work can be demanded under any circumstances, are always connected to the storage battery, irrespective of the provision of a key in the ignition lock.
For connection of wires electric sockets with flat contacts are used.
For a normal food of consumers the electric chain should be closed, otherwise in it there will be no electric current, for example, if to the electric motor of a screen wiper positive tension moves, it will not work until its electric chain will not be connected to weight. In an electric chain switches, the relay, safety locks, measuring devices, electric motors and other consumers of the electric power can be connected. For the correct connection of consumers of the electric power contacts of electric sockets have the corresponding markings. For simplification of using by an electric circuit separate electric chains are located vertically and numbered. The bottom line on the scheme is a mass of the car. Connection with mass of the car is carried out or is direct via the case of the consumer of the electric power or an additional wire. Under the bottom line of weight on electric circuits there are coordinates on which, using a key, it is possible to define an electric chain or an element.
Numbers on an electric circuit in black rectangles on the end of a wire show coordinate on which it proceeds. Also in this coordinate there is a back link.
At work with an electric circuit it is necessary to know alphabetic and graphic reference of electric elements.

Near an alphabetic reference there is a digital designation.
For identification of the relay and control units they are led round by a frame. Lines in a frame represent internal connection in the block.
The white figure in a black square designates relay number on the relay block. Figures about the relay designate numbers of contacts of the relay, for example, designation 17/87 testifies that figure 17 is a designation of contact on a payment, and figure 87 is a designation of contact of the relay.
Contact 30. On this contact always there is a positive tension of the accumulator. The wires connected to this contact, have red or red color with a strip.
Contact 31. Contact incorporates to mass of the car a wire of brown color.
Contact 15. On this contact positive tension after ignition inclusion moves. The wires connected to this contact, have green or green color with a strip.
H.Na's contact contact moves tension after ignition inclusion, however at starter inclusion tension is disconnected. It gives the chance to disconnect at start of the engine consumers of the electric power unnecessary at this moment. Headlights of a driving beam receive a food also from this contact therefore at the included driving beam and switching off of ignition there is an automatic switching on marker lights.
Wires are designated by figures and the letters located under them.
Figures designated section of the conductor in mm2, and letters – its color. If in designation of color of a wire there are some groups of letters, the first group of letters indicates primary color of a wire, and the second – on color of a strip.
On plaits of wires connected one - or the multicontact socket to the letter "T" is added a combination from figures.
For example:
– Т2р = two-contact socket; – E32/27 = 32 contact I will corrode with a point of connection 27.
On the scheme all consumers of a current and switches are represented in neutral situation. Changed that characteristic after impact on the switch is interpreted on an example of the two-level switch.
Electric circuit of the switch
|
At switch turn in the first situation the current proceeds from contact 82 to contact 83. The second section of the switch also is established in average situation, however contacts does not close. Only at switch turn in the second situation the current starts to proceed from contact 82 to contact 84 and arrives further in the scheme. Thus at the expense of internal connection the current also continues to proceed from contact 82 to contact 83. |
Prevention
The safety lock designated on the block of safety locks at No. 24, on electric circuits of the car is designated by number 224, that is on electric circuits to number of a safety lock figure 2 is ahead added.
