14.11.1. Removal and installation of headlights
GENERAL INFORMATION

Headlight elements
1–cover;
2–boss of a bulb of the forward index of turns;
3–executive engine of the proof-reader
light of headlights;
4–bulb of the forward index of turns;
5–forward antifog bulb;
6–bulb of a passing beam;
 7–spring wire bracket;
8–headlight case;
9–spring wire bracket;
10-bulb of a driving beam;
11-bulb of forward dimensional light;
12-boss of a bulb of forward dimensional light

The case of a headlight is not under repair and at damage it is necessary to replace it completely. At damage of only the top plates of fastening of a headlight it is possible to replace them separately.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a front bumper.
2. Unscrew bolts of fastening (shooters) and, having pulled a headlight forward, take it from the car.
3. Disconnect from a headlight electric sockets.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Connect to a headlight electric sockets.
2. Establish a headlight on a place and fix it four bolts.
3. Establish a front bumper.
4. Check and, if necessary, adjust light of headlights.

Replacement of the top plates of fastening of a headlight

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a headlight.
2. Remove the remains of the broken plate of fastening from the headlight case.
3. Establish the spare part of a plate of fastening of a headlight (2) in a nest of a headlight (3) and screw it the screw (1).
4. Establish a headlight.
