5–a bolt of M 14х1,5х63, 100 Nanometers + to tighten
on a corner 90 °. At installation it is necessary to use a new bolt;
6–back support;
7–a bolt of M 12х1,5х70, 70 Nanometers + to tighten
on a corner 90 °. At installation it is necessary to use a new bolt;
8–a plate with nuts;
9–самоконтрящаяся nut, 45 Nanometers. At installation it is necessary to use
new nut;
10-external hinge;
11-a bolt, 20 Nanometers + to tighten on a corner 90 °.
At installation it is necessary to use a new bolt;

The suspension bracket is a link between a body and wheels. Through them the forces influencing wheels are transferred to a body. The elements entering into a suspension bracket, soften dynamic loadings, reduce body fluctuations, provide good stability and smoothness of a course of the car.

In a forward suspension bracket screw springs and the shock-absorber represent a compact amortization rack. The top part of an amortization rack fastens to a body, and bottom – to a rotary fist. The lower part of a rotary fist fastens to the trekhplechy bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket. The bottom levers of a forward suspension bracket incorporate to a beam. The beam through rezinometallichesky support incorporates to a body.

The torque from a transmission to wheels is transferred with use of power shafts with hinges of equal angular speeds.


Prevention

It is strictly forbidden to perform welding and leveling works on elements of a forward suspension bracket. Surely make replacement самоконтрящихся nuts, and also bolts with corrosion traces.
