Unreliable connection or oxidation of plugs of the accumulator

The wire on generator contact is unreliably tightened or oxidized

Check and, if necessary, tighten a fastening wire to the generator

The control bulb fused

Replace a bulb

The tension regulator is faulty

Check and, if necessary, replace a tension regulator

Wire break between the generator, the lock of ignition and a control bulb

Check tension on a chain, beginning from the generator

Generator brushes leaky adjoin to contact rings

Check length of brushes and freedom of their moving in holders

The winding of excitement of the generator burned down

Check a rotor and diodes which at detection of defects it is necessary to replace

Whether will pull insufficiently the belt is worn-out poliklinovy

Check a condition of a poliklinovy belt and the mechanism of a tension of a belt

Idling coupling (only TDI) is faulty

Remove the generator and turn counter-clockwise a generator shaft. If the mobile surface of a belt pulley thus does not turn, means, coupling of idling is faulty

The regulator of tension or the generator is faulty

Disconnect from a back part of the generator a wire (D +) and include ignition. If the control lamp still did not light up, means, the generator or a tension regulator is faulty

Brushes of a regulator of tension are worn-out

Check length of brushes and, if necessary, replace them

The tension regulator is faulty

Check a regulator of tension and, if necessary, replace it

The generator is faulty

Check the generator and, if necessary, replace it

Defect of the wire connecting the generator to a regulator of tension

Disconnect a dark blue wire in the electric T32A socket of the block 12 of a distributive box. If after that the control lamp does not burn, means, a wire of D + will close on weight and it is necessary to replace a wire

The distributive box is faulty

Disconnect a dark blue wire from the electric T32A socket. If after that the control lamp lights up, means, the distributive block is faulty
