1. Remove a starter. |
2. Using additional wires of big section, connect the starter case to the negative plug of the accumulator, and the positive plug of the accumulator connect to the plug 50. |
3. If thus the driving gear wheel of a starter moves forward, but the engine of a starter does not rotate, means, the electric motor of a starter is faulty or contacts of the traction relay scorched. |
4. If the gear wheel of a starter does not move forward, means, the traction relay failed and it is necessary to replace it. |
5. Unscrew a nut and disconnect a wire going from the electric motor of a starter to the bottom contact of the traction relay. |
6. Unscrew screws and remove the traction relay from a starter. |
