14.7.2. Removal and installation

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Switch off ignition and remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Tighten the hand brake, then lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports.
3. Remove the bottom mudguard of a motor compartment.
4. Unscrew the arm (1) supporting a pipe for cooling liquid. Unscrew nuts (are specified by shooters), fixing a starter.
5. From the plug 50 traction relays remove the electric socket (it is specified by an arrow). Disconnect a wire from the plug 30 (it is specified by an arrow) traction relay.
6. Remove a starter.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a starter and fix nuts, having tightened them the moment of 60 Nanometers.
2. Connect a wire to the plug 30 (1) and tighten a nut of fastening of a wire the moment of 13 Nanometers (2 – the plug 50, 3 – the plug 15А, 4 – a place of connection of a winding of excitement of a starter).
3. Connect the electric socket to the plug 50 of a starter (3).
4. Fix an arm for a pipe of cooling liquid.
5. Establish the bottom mudguard of a motor compartment.
6. Connect a weight wire to the accumulator.
