13.15.5. Removal and installation of internal furnish of a door

GENERAL INFORMATION

The description of removal of internal furnish of a door of the driver is provided in this subsection. Internal furnish of back doors acts in film in the same way, as well as lobbies.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Switch off ignition and remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
	2. Insert an edge of a thin screw-driver between an overlay of the handle (1) and the handle with dredging (2) and move an overlay of the handle to a door. Use a screw-driver with very thin edge not to damage a plastic overlay of the handle and the door handle.
	3. Using a screw-driver inserted under edge of the handle with dredging, take the handle with dredging from internal furnish of a door. Do not remove the internal handle (2) doors for dredging as under it there is a crossing point (1) internal furnish of a door (3 – the electric socket).
4. Extend a clamp of the electric socket from the socket and disconnect the electric socket from the internal handle of a door.
	5. Unscrew 7 screws (arrow) of fastening of an internal upholstery of a door (1).
	6. Using the special adaptation 799/4 (And) or independently made tool in the form of a flat fork, separate an upholstery of a door (1) from a door.
7. Lifting a door upholstery up, release the top part of an upholstery of a door from a window aperture.
	8. Moving back draft (1) opening of a door, take it from directing (3) and disconnect from the internal handle of opening of a door (2 – a screw-driver, 4 – a draft hook).
9. Disconnect electric sockets.
	10. Remove from a door upholstery the bottom internal consolidation of glass (1) and establish it in a window aperture.

DIFFERENCES AT REMOVAL OF THE UPHOLSTERY OF THE RIGHT FORWARD DOOR

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Insert an edge of a screw-driver (2) into openings from the bottom party of the internal handle (3) opening of a door and, having turned a screw-driver, remove an overlay of the handle (1). Not to damage a door upholstery, enclose under a screw-driver edge a plastic pro-rate.
	2. Unscrew 6 screws (are specified by shooters) fastenings of an internal upholstery of a door.
3. The internal handle of opening of a door fastens to a door upholstery two screws from a reverse side of an upholstery. To unscrew the internal handle of opening of a door from an upholstery it is possible only after removal of an upholstery of a door.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Before installation of an upholstery of a door check a condition of clamps of an upholstery and, if necessary, replace the damaged clamps.

2. Establish clamps in openings in a door upholstery.

3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
