GENERAL INFORMATION

3–case of the cylinder of the lock;
4–cap;
5–bolt, 18 Nanometers;
6–button of blocking of the lock of a door;
7–draft of the button of blocking;
8–protective cover;
9–bolt, 20 Nanometers;
10-shock plate of the lock;
11-door lock;
12-draft;
13-internal handle of opening of a door;
14-the screw with internal shaped deepening,
20 Nanometers + to tighten on a corner 90 °. At installation it is necessary to use a new bolt;
15-a bolt with internal shaped deepening,
20 Nanometers + to tighten on a corner 90 °. At removal of a door it is necessary to unscrew only this bolt. At installation it is necessary to use a new bolt;
16-the door hinge with the lock lever of a door;
17-a bolt with internal shaped deepening,
20 Nanometers + to tighten on a corner 90 °. The bolt is screwed in from the interior of the car. For access to a bolt it is necessary to remove an internal upholstery of a forward rack of a door. At installation
it is necessary to use a new bolt;
18-a bolt with internal shaped deepening,
20 Nanometers + to tighten on a corner 90 °. At installation it is necessary to use a new bolt;
 19-a bolt with internal shaped deepening, 20 Nanometers + to tighten on a corner 90 °. At installation it is necessary to use a new bolt;
20-protective cap;
21-bolt, 13 Nanometers;
22-door hinge;
23-a bolt with internal shaped deepening, 20 Nanometers + to tighten on a corner 90 °. The bolt is screwed in from the interior of the car. For access to a bolt it is necessary to remove the dashboard. At installation it is necessary to use a new bolt;
24-a bolt with internal shaped deepening, 20 Nanometers + to tighten on a corner 90 °. At installation it is necessary to use a new bolt;
And – the special HAZET-2597 tool. It is used for unscrewing of bolts of fastening of the hinge of a door;
In – adapter Т45 for the HAZET-2597-01 tool;
With – the fixing screw;
D–internal mnogozuby face wrench of 4 mm of VW-T10011. It is used for unscrewing of the fixing screw of the case of the cylinder of the lock

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove lateral furnish in deepening for feet of the driver.
2. Disconnect all available electric sockets.
3. Take caps from a forward rack and a forward end face of a forward door and through the opened opening take electric sockets outside.
4. Remove a protective cap (20) and unscrew a bolt (21) fastenings of the top hinge of a door.
5. Ask the assistant to support a door.
6. Unscrew a bolt (15) fastenings of the bottom hinge of a door.
7. Moving a door up, remove it from the car.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. From above establish a door on sharnirny loops.
2. Screw in a bolt (15) fastenings of the bottom hinge of a door and tighten it the moment of 20 Nanometers, then tighten on a corner 90 °.
3. Screw in a bolt (21) in the top hinge and tighten it the moment of 13 Nanometers. Establish on a bolt a protective cap.
4. Pass electric sockets in openings of a rack of a forward door and connect them in deepening for feet of the driver.
5. Establish lateral furnish in deepening for feet of the driver.
