4.1.8.7. Removal and installation of the fuel highway and nozzles
GENERAL INFORMATION

Fuel highway and engine 1,8-I nozzles

 
1–fuel highway;
2–spring bracket;
3–sealing ring. In the presence of damages it is necessary to use a new sealing ring. Before installation grease a sealing ring with pure engine oil;
4–regulator of pressure of fuel;		 5–vacuum hose;
6–bolt, 10 Nanometers;
7–connection to returnable топливопроводу;
8–connection to submitting топливопроводу;
9–bracket;

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a vacuum hose and electric sockets of the switching valve in an inlet collector. Remove tips from spark plugs.
2. Using a face six-sided key, unscrew the top part of an inlet collector (bolts of fastening are specified by shooters).
3. Disconnect a vacuum hose from a regulator of pressure of fuel.
4. Unscrew submitting fuel hose from the fuel highway (the place of their connection is shown by an arrow), thus collect rags the spilled fuel.
5. Disconnect electric sockets from fuel nozzles.
6. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the fuel highway (are specified by shooters) and remove the fuel highway together with nozzles from an inlet collector.
7. Take the fixing brackets, fixing nozzles to the fuel highway, and remove fuel nozzles. Note an arrangement of nozzles in order that it was possible to establish them on the places.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Replace sealing rings of round section on fuel nozzles.
2. Grease sealing rings of fuel nozzles with pure engine oil.
3. Establish nozzles to the fuel highway and fix them spring clips.
4. Establish the fuel highway together with nozzles on an inlet collector and press it.
5. Fix the fuel highway bolts, having tightened them the moment of 10 Nanometers.
6. Connect electric sockets to fuel nozzles.
7. Connect submitting fuel hose to the fuel highway.
8. Establish and fix the top part of an inlet collector with new laying.
9. Connect a vacuum hose to a regulator of pressure of fuel.
10. Connect a vacuum hose and electric sockets for the switching valve of an inlet collector.
11. Establish tips of high-voltage wires on spark plugs.
