4.1.8.4. Sensors and executive mechanisms of a control system of the engine

GENERAL INFORMATION

The switch of a butterfly valve reports to the block management about the provision of a butterfly valve idling. The control unit slightly opens or covers a butterfly valve through a servomotor and thus supports stable turns of idling.

Sensors of temperature of cooling liquid and temperature of air arriving in the engine at the expense of change of the resistance at change of temperature report to the control unit the engine the corresponding temperatures.

The catching system паров fuels consists of the filter with absorbent carbon and the magnetic valve. The sensor of a detonation serves for detection of the beginning of a detonation in cylinders of the engine and on the basis of this information the control unit the engine reduces a corner of an advancing of ignition. In the presence of malfunctions of ignition the control unit blocks supply of fuel in the corresponding cylinder.

THE ENGINE 1,8 - I-/125-PS

On these engines the system of supply of air in the engine of variable length which depending on operational modes of the engine changes length of a way of the air arriving in cylinders is applied. The rotary zaslonka put in action pneumatic is for this purpose used. On low turns of the engine air arrives on longer way and, thanks to a resonance, there is more complete filling of the engine therefore the torque raises.

ENGINE OF 1,8-I/125 PS

For optimum operation of the engine on all turns and increases in a torque the system of shift of the moment of opening and closing of valves is used. The moment of opening and closing of valves is defined by the provision of cams of a camshaft. Change of mutual provision of camshafts is carried out by a chain. The hydraulic mechanism of moving changes a point of a drive of a chain of a camshaft depending on engine turns. Thereof the time interval between management of inlet and final valves varies.
