1.3.31.3. Charge of the storage battery

GENERAL INFORMATION

Before a charge it is necessary to switch off ignition and all consumers of a current.

At a charge a small current (for example by means of the low-power charger) there is no, as a rule, a need to disconnect connecting wires of onboard system of electric equipment. In any case it is necessary to follow instructions of the manufacturer of the charger.

Before the accelerated charge that means a charge a big current, both wires connecting the battery to onboard system of electric equipment follow, from the battery to disconnect.

We recommend not to put any more on the car once the frozen and thawed storage battery as the monoblock of the battery can have in a crack owing to formation of ice when freezing battery.
