1.3.11. Replacement of the fuel filter (diesel engines)
GENERAL INFORMATION

Fuel filter of diesel engines

 1–spring bracket;

2–gate;

3–fuel hose;

4–fuel hose

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish under the fuel filter the corresponding container.
2. Release a spring bracket (1) and remove knot with hoses from the gate (2) (see fig. Fuel filter of diesel engines)
3. Remove the collars fixing топливопроводы to the fuel filter and remove топливопроводы from filter unions.
4. Weaken the screw of a krepeniye of the filter (it is specified by an arrow) and take the fuel filter, having pulled it up.
5. Replace a sealing ring of round section of the gate and grease it with pure diesel fuel.
6. Fill the filter with diesel fuel thanks to what the engine can be quicker started.
7. Establish the fuel filter in the holder and fix it the screw.
8. Establish into place the gate and fix it a spring bracket.
9. Connect to the filter топливопроводы and fix them collars. The arrow on the fuel filter specifies the direction of a stream of fuel.
10. Air removal from fuel system will occur automatically, after engine start. After several pressing an accelerator pedal, fuel without vials should flow on the transparent pipeline to the fuel pump of a high pressure.
11. Visually check tightness of fuel system, in particular in junctions of the fuel filter.
