| 1. Check that the engine cold, otherwise give time for engine cooling. |

Prevention
At a detachment of the accumulator contents of cells of memory, for example, a radio receiver code are erased. Without a code the manufacturer can connect a radio receiver again only.

| 4. Clear spark plugs, using a brush, the vacuum cleaner or a stream of the compressed air to exclude dirt hit in engine cylinders after a vyvinchivaniye of spark plugs. Unscrew spark plugs, using a candle key. |

| 9. Close the ends of fuel hoses suitable jams. |
| 10. Disconnect electric sockets from fuel nozzles and move them aside. |
| 11. Mark and disconnect from a head of the block of cylinders all electric sockets. |

12. Unscrew nuts (are specified by shooters), fixing the top part of an inlet pipe to an arm (the arrangement of nuts on the engine of 125 h.p. is shown). |

13. Unscrew nuts (are specified by shooters), fixing an inlet collector to a head of the block of cylinders. |

14. Disconnect the electric socket (1) from the valve of switching of registers of the inlet pipeline. Disconnect a hose (2) from a pressure regulator. |

| 21. Unscrew and remove the mechanism of a tension of a maple belt. |
| 22. Remove the top casing of a gear belt, for a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft turn a cranked shaft of the engine clockwise before combination of adjusting labels on pulleys with indexes. Thus the piston of the first cylinder will be in VMT in a compression step. |
| 23. Release a tension roller therefore the tension of a gear belt will decrease. Remove a gear belt from a camshaft pulley. |
| 24. Using paint or a marker, note the provision of a pulley of a cranked shaft in relation to the block of cylinders and turn a cranked shaft of the engine clockwise in order that any piston was not in the top dead point. Before installation of a gear belt establish a cranked shaft in situation in which the piston of the first cylinder is in VMT in a compression step. |
| 25. Unscrew bolts and uncover heads of the block of cylinders together with consolidation. |

26. In the sequence shown in drawing, gradually and evenly unscrew bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 27. Check that all pipelines, hoses and electric sockets are disconnected from a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 28. Remove a head of the block of cylinders from the engine and establish it on two wooden whetstones. |
