2.1.3.3.1. Removal

GENERAL INFORMATION

Arrangement of elements of fastening of an air pipe and thermofilter of a turbonagnetatel

1–bolt of fastening of the thermofilter;

2–bolt of fastening of an air pipe;

3–bolt of fastening of an air pipe;

4–collar;

5–bolt of fastening of the thermofilter

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check that the engine cold, otherwise give time for engine cooling.
2. Switch off ignition and remove a weight wire from the accumulator.

Prevention

At a detachment of the accumulator contents of cells of memory, for example, a radio receiver code are erased. Without a code the manufacturer can connect a radio receiver again only.


3. Merge from system of cooling of the engine cooling liquid.
4. Clear spark plugs, using a brush, the vacuum cleaner or a stream of the compressed air to exclude dirt hit in engine cylinders after a vyvinchivaniye of spark plugs. Unscrew spark plugs, using a candle key.
5. Remove the air filter.
6. Remove pressure in fuel system.
7. For pressure removal in fuel system wrap up a junction of fuel hoses and, being careful, slowly weaken connections, thus gradually pressure in fuel system will decrease.
8. Mark and disconnect submitting and returnable fuel hoses from the fuel distributor. Before a detachment of hoses weaken collars and move them on hoses.
9. Close the ends of fuel hoses suitable jams.
10. Disconnect electric sockets from fuel nozzles and move them aside.
11. Mark and disconnect from a head of the block of cylinders all electric sockets.
12. Unscrew nuts (are specified by shooters), fixing the top part of an inlet pipe to an arm (the arrangement of nuts on the engine of 125 h.p. is shown).
13. Unscrew nuts (are specified by shooters), fixing an inlet collector to a head of the block of cylinders.
Engine 1,6-I
14. Disconnect the electric socket (1) from the valve of switching of registers of the inlet pipeline. Disconnect a hose (2) from a pressure regulator.
15. The arrow showed the direction of unhooking of the inlet pipeline.
16. Unscrew fastening (it is specified by an arrow) lower part of an inlet pipe to a head of the block of cylinders.
17. Mark and disconnect from a head of the block of cylinders hoses of cooling liquid.
18. Unscrew a reception exhaust pipe with the catalyst from a cranked branch pipe.
The engine 1,8 - I - Turbo.
19. Weaken a collar (4), unscrew bolts (2, 3), supporting a pipe of a turbonagnetatel. Unscrew screws (1 and 5), fixing the thermofilter to a head of the block of cylinders (see fig. Arrangement of elements of fastening of an air pipe and thermofilter of a turbonagnetatel).
20. Remove auxiliary maple a belt.
Engine 1,8-I
21. Unscrew and remove the mechanism of a tension of a maple belt.
22. Remove the top casing of a gear belt, for a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft turn a cranked shaft of the engine clockwise before combination of adjusting labels on pulleys with indexes. Thus the piston of the first cylinder will be in VMT in a compression step.
23. Release a tension roller therefore the tension of a gear belt will decrease. Remove a gear belt from a camshaft pulley.
24. Using paint or a marker, note the provision of a pulley of a cranked shaft in relation to the block of cylinders and turn a cranked shaft of the engine clockwise in order that any piston was not in the top dead point. Before installation of a gear belt establish a cranked shaft in situation in which the piston of the first cylinder is in VMT in a compression step.
25. Unscrew bolts and uncover heads of the block of cylinders together with consolidation.
26. In the sequence shown in drawing, gradually and evenly unscrew bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders.
27. Check that all pipelines, hoses and electric sockets are disconnected from a head of the block of cylinders.
28. Remove a head of the block of cylinders from the engine and establish it on two wooden whetstones.
29. Remove laying of a head of the block of cylinders.
