Head of the block of cylinders of the engine 1,6-I

1–bolt, 15 Nanometers;
2–bolt, 20 Nanometers;
3–back casing of a gear belt;
4–head of the block of cylinders;
5–bolt of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders. At installation it is necessary to use new bolts;
6–oil reflector;
7–consolidation of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. At damage it is necessary to use new consolidation. At installation of consolidation put on a consolidation surface a thin layer of D2 hermetic;
8–intensifying plates;
9–cover of a head of the block of cylinders;
10-bolt, 10 Nanometers;
11-the top part of the soaking-up pipeline;
12-nut, 10 Nanometers;
13-cover of a maslozalivny mouth;
14-sealing ring;
15-case of ventilation of a case;
16-consolidation. At damage it is necessary to use new consolidation;
17-nut, 10 Nanometers;

After installation of a head of the block of cylinders it is necessary to fill in fresh cooling liquid.

The burned-through or defective laying of a head of the block of cylinders is determined by the following signs:

 – engine capacity reduction;
 – reduction of level of cooling liquid. Thus the exhaust pipe leaves white steam;
 – reduction of level of engine oil;
 – existence in engine oil of cooling liquid. Thus level of oil increases. At existence in engine oil of cooling liquid engine oil gains gray color and has foam vials;
 – availability of engine oil in cooling liquid;
 – intensive allocation of bubbles from cooling liquid;
 – compression reduction in two next cylinders of the engine.


Prevention

In this section operations on removal of a head of the block of cylinders on the four-cylinder petrol engine 1,8-I are stated. For the engine 1,6-I separate instructions are given. Before removal of a head of the block of cylinders check that all hoses, pipelines and electric sockets are disconnected from a head of the block of cylinders.
