2.1.9. Circulation of engine oil


Circulation of engine oil

1–suited supply of oil in a head of the block of cylinders;
2–main oil highway;

3–oil dispersion for cooling of pistons;
4–an oil stream in the oil filter;

Greasing of the engine is carried out under pressure. The oil pump takes away oil from the oil pallet via the mesh filter and submits it under pressure via the filter of thin purification of oil. In the oil pump there is perepuskny a valve which supports pressure at one level in system of greasing of the engine. If pressure in system of greasing of the engine raises above a certain level, the valve and a part of oil opens perepuskny flows down back in the oil pallet.

Passing through the oil filter, the cleared oil arrives to the trunk oil main. In the oil highway the sensor of pressure of oil which, including a control bulb on a combination of devices, signals about low pressure of oil is established. In the oil filter there is a valve, which in case of strong pollution of the oil filter перепускает crude oil directly to the oil highway.

From the trunk main on channels oil under pressure moves for greasing of radical bearings of a cranked shaft and further via channels in cranked to a shaft to shatunny bearings. For cooling of pistons oil through nozzles is sprayed on the lower part of pistons.

On channels oil moves to a head of the block of cylinders for greasing of bearings of camshafts and in hydraulic pushers.
