If at operation of the engine the control lamp of pressure of oil lights up and the sound signal is distributed, it can be caused by the following reasons:
– level of oil is lower than norm;
– malfunction existence in an electric chain of the sensor of pressure and a control lamp;
– unsatisfactory operation of the oil pump;
– too big gap in bearings of a cranked shaft.
At fire of a control bulb of pressure of oil on the working engine immediately switch off the engine. Using щуп for measurement of level of engine oil, check level of oil and if necessary finish it to norm. Start the engine on turns of idling and check that the control lamp of pressure of oil any more does not burn. In this case it is possible to continue movement.
If level of engine oil in norm, and a control bulb of pressure of oil burns, do not continue movement independently, and tow off the car in a workshop for check of pressure of oil.
If pressure of oil in norm, check the sensor of pressure of oil and an electric chain of the sensor.
For check of pressure of oil and the sensor of pressure of oil it is necessary to use a special manometer in which it is possible to screw in the sensor of pressure of oil.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. Check level of engine oil and, if necessary, finish it to norm.
| 2. Warm up the engine to normal working temperature.
||3. Unscrew from the holder of the oil filter the sensor (A) of pressure of oil and screw in it in a manometer (3 – a wire of grounding of a manometer).
|4. Screw in a manometer adapter instead of the sensor of pressure of oil in the holder of the oil filter.
|5. Connect to mass of the car a wire of grounding of a manometer.
|6. Using additional wires, connect a control light-emitting diode with the positive plug of the accumulator and contact of the sensor of pressure of oil. The light-emitting diode should burn.
|7. Start the engine and smoothly increase engine turns. At superfluous pressure in petrol engines 1,4-I – 10,3–0,7 bar and engines 1,6-/1,8-/2,3-I – 1,2–1,6 bar the light-emitting diode should go out. Otherwise the sensor of pressure of oil is faulty.
|8. Increase engine turns to 2 000 rpm. At oil +80 temperature ° About superfluous pressure of oil should be not less than 2,0 bar. Smaller pressure of oil indicates wear of bearings of a cranked shaft.
|9. Continue further increase in turns of the engine. Thus pressure of oil should not exceed 7,0 bar. Perepuskny the valve otherwise failed and it is necessary to replace a cover of the oil pump with the perepuskny valve.
|10. Establish into place the sensor of pressure of oil with a new sealing ring and tighten it the moment of 25 Nanometers.
