4–rotary finger, 18 Nanometers;
5–sealing ring. At damages use a new sealing ring;
6–device of a tension of a chain, 40 Nanometers;
7–level of the tension device;
8–asterisk of a driving chain;
9–dvukhryadny vtulochno-roller chain. Before removal of a chain note the direction of rotation of a chain;
10-bolt, 100 Nanometers;
11-asterisk of a driving chain;
12-bolt, 10 Nanometers;

13-the device of a tension of a chain with a level. Before removal of the device of a tension of a chain by a screw-driver release fixing gear gearing and separate directing to a chain from the tension device. To turn the engine it is possible only with the established device of a tension of a chain;

The drive of camshafts is carried out from a cranked shaft, not directly, and through an intermediate asterisk. On one shaft with an intermediate asterisk the asterisk of smaller diameter through which and the second chain the gazoraspredeleniye mechanism is put in action is fixed. The top chain of a drive of camshafts stretches by means of the lamellar device of a tension which keeps in demanded situation with the help located outside of an adjusting bolt. The bottom chain of a drive of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye has the hydraulic device of a tension which does not demand adjustment.
Removal

1. Turn a cranked shaft of the engine in such situation at which the piston of the first cylinder will be established in the top dead point. Thus the adjusting label (it is specified by an arrow) on a pulley / quencher of fluctuations of a cranked shaft should be combined with the index on a chain casing. |

|
2. At installation of the piston of the first cylinder in VMT on asterisks of an intermediate shaft the groove (it is specified by an arrow) should be visible. If groove on an asterisk of an intermediate shaft it is not visible, turn a cranked shaft of the engine on one complete revolution and repeatedly combine adjusting labels with indexes. |

3. Fix camshafts, having inserted the special VW-3268 tool into grooves of camshafts. |
|
4. When unscrewing a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of a camshaft, using a wrench, for лыски (are specified by shooters) hold a camshaft from a provorachivaniye. |
