8–bolt of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders. At installation it is necessary to use new bolts and a tightening of bolts to make in a certain sequence in some stages;
9–head of the block of cylinders. At not planeness more than 0,1 mm it is necessary to make repolishing of a head of the block of cylinders. Minimum admissible height of a head of the block of cylinders of 139,5 mm;
10-round sealing ring. At installation it is necessary to use the new sealing ring greased with pure engine oil; |
11-cover of a driving chain. Removal and installation of a cover of a driving chain can be made only on the established head of the block of cylinders. At installation of a cover of a driving chain it is necessary to fill openings in a cover end face with liquid VW-AMV18800102 hermetic;
12-device of a tension of a chain, 40 Nanometers. The engine can be turned only with the established device of a tension of a chain;
