GENERAL INFORMATION

Nozzles of supply of air

By pressing of the corresponding keys from all snuffled there is a warmed-up or not warmed-up fresh air (ECON mode) or the cooled air (AUTO mode).

Management of nozzles is carried out by keys 1, 13, 14 (see fig. Governing bodies climatic Klimatronik installation).

In addition nozzles 3 and 4 can be separately open or closed:

The nozzle is closed: a lateral disk regulator on.
The nozzle is open: a lateral disk regulator on.

At turn of the general deflektorny lattice 3 and 4 air stream snuffled changes the direction on height.

If to turn a disk regulator in a deflector lattice, the direction of an air stream in the horizontal plane changes.

Back nozzles of supply of air in a zone of feet are regulated together with nozzles 5.

General instructions

It is necessary to watch that the sensor located between nozzles of supply of air on a windshield in the middle of the forward panel, and a deflektorny lattice with anything were not covered.

In order that the Klimatronik installation could function smoothly, the airintaking opening before a windshield should be pure from ice, snow or leaves.

Heating ability of system depends on temperature of cooling liquid of system of cooling of the engine therefore the biggest heating occurs at the heated-up engine to working temperature.

If the AUTO mode was not included for a long time, emergence of an unpleasant smell owing to different accumulation of deposits on the evaporator is possible.

To avoid emergence of an unpleasant smell, it is necessary to include climatic installation at the highest step of operation of the fan – as well in a cold season – at least once a month. Thus for short time to open one of windows.

The used air is removed through exhaust outlets under a back window. When laying subjects of clothes on the shelf of a luggage compartment it is necessary to track that these openings were not blocked.

At high temperature and big humidity of external air possibly a condensate dropping from the evaporator and formation of a puddle under the car. This normal phenomenon, it is not a sign of violation of tightness of system.
