Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Switch off ignition and remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Remove levers of screen wipers.
3. Remove rubber consolidation (1) from a partition of a motor compartment (see fig. Arrangement of screws and consolidation of a partition of a motor compartment).
4. Unscrew screws (2).
5. Uncover the pollen filter.
	6. From two parties of the car release a windscreen fairing, pressing clamps in the direction of arrows.
7. Remove a deflector lattice, moving its top from the directing.
8. Disconnect the electric socket from the screen wiper engine.
9. Unscrew the nuts, fixing drafts and levers of a drive of a screen wiper (see fig. Arrangement of nuts of fastening of drafts and screen wiper levers).
10. Remove the screen wiper mechanism from the car.
11. Using a screw-driver edge, remove drafts of screen wipers from an engine crank (see fig. Elements of a drive of the mechanism of a screen wiper).
12. Unscrew a nut of fastening of a crank to an electric motor shaft. Thus hold a crank from a provorachivaniye. Moving a crank to the parties, remove it from a landing cone of a shaft of the electric motor.
13. Unscrew three bolts and remove the electric motor from an arm of screen wipers.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. At installation of the new engine of a screen wiper establish it in a starting position. For this purpose connect to the screen wiper engine the electric socket and connect a weight wire to the accumulator. Quickly switch on and off an operating mode of screen wipers. Thus the engine of a screen wiper will be established in a starting position. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator and disconnect from the screen wiper electric motor the electric socket.
2. Establish the electric motor on the mechanism of screen wipers and fix bolts, having tightened them the moment of 8 Nanometers.
	3. Establish on an electric motor shaft a crank in such situation that it was on one line with drafts of screen wipers. Tighten a nut of fastening of a crank the moment of 20 Nanometers.
4. Fix on a crank of draft of screen wipers.
5. Establish the mechanism of screen wipers in the car and fix bolts.
6. Connect the electric socket to the screen wiper engine.
	7. Establish a deflector lattice so that its lateral face was combined with a rubber slip (it is specified by an arrow) on a forward rack.
8. Establish a cover of the filter of pollen.
9. Screw in screws of fastening of a lattice of the deflector and establish rubber consolidation on the top part of a partition of a motor compartment.
10. Establish levers of screen wipers.
