Automatic blackout of an internal rear-view mirror is made бесступенчато if there is a dazzle of the driver behind. The system consists of a mirror and electronics with two photosensors.
The electronic control unit a mirror (1) receives information from photosensors (2 and 3). If lighting behind more than in front, the block of electronics submits tension on an electrowire covering (8) which is located between protective glasses (4 and 6) mirrors. Depending on size of submitted tension transparency of a layer of electrolit (5) changes. The bigger tension moves, the electrolit layer is more dark. Thereof intensity of reflection of light from a mirror (7) decreases.
