GENERAL INFORMATION

The chart for determination of productivity of the fuel pump

The chart of productivity of the fuel pump at pressure in fuel system 3 a bar

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect from the fuel distributor submitting (2) and returnable (1) fuel hoses.
2. Using an additional hose, connect submitting branch pipe of the fuel highway to a measuring vessel.
3. Connect the voltmeter to poles of the storage battery.
4. Turn on the switch of remote control on 15 seconds and thus measure tension on the storage battery.
5. Measure amount of fuel in a measuring vessel and by the chart determine productivity of the fuel pump (see fig. The chart for determination of productivity of the fuel pump).
6. Also measure productivity of the fuel pump at work under pressure. For this purpose to submitting hose connect a pressure measuring instrument with the locking crane and at the working fuel pump establish pressure of the locking crane 3 a bar. Measure productivity of the fuel pump and compare it to the chart (see fig. The chart of productivity of the fuel pump at pressure in fuel system 3 a bar).
7. If productivity of the fuel pump is insufficient, check repeatedly productivity with the new fuel filter.
8. If productivity of the fuel filter is still insufficient, clear system of supply of fuel and the mesh filter.
9. If fuel system pure and as it should be, check a condition of the fuel pump.
10. Remove system of remote check and establish into place the fuse.
