GENERAL INFORMATION

Sequence of a tightening of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders on the engine 1,4-I

stage of 1-30 Nanometer;

the stage 2 – to tighten on a corner 90 °;

the stage 3 – to tighten on a corner 90 °

For a centering of a head of the block of cylinders there are two aligning pins therefore the vvinchivaniye of directing fingers is not required.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Using a steel ruler and щуп, check planeness of an interfaced surface of a head of the block of cylinders. Deviations from planeness should be no more than 0,05 mm.
2. Establish new laying of a head of the block of cylinders on a surface of the block of cylinders so that marking of TORAHS or OBEN was directed up.
3. Gradually in the sequence shown on fig. Sequence of a tightening of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders on the engine 1,4-I, tighten in some stages bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders.
4. Clear interfaced surfaces of a head of the block of cylinders and the case of camshafts.
	5. Apply a thin film AMV 188 003 hermetic on an interfaced surface of the case of camshafts.
	6. Establish supporting elements and yokes in a head of the block of cylinders on the same places where they were before removal. Check correctness of an arrangement of yokes on valves (1) and reliability of their fixing by fixing clips (2).
7. Grease working surfaces of cams of camshafts with pure engine oil.
	8. Before installation of the case of camshafts screw in in extreme openings of a head of the block of cylinders directing hairpins М6х70 (are specified by shooters).
9. Establish the case of camshafts and unscrew directing hairpins. Screw in new bolts of fastening of the case of camshafts and tighten them crosswise the moment of 10 Nanometers, and then in the same sequence tighten on a corner 90 °.
Prevention After installation of the case of camshafts hermetic should dry at least 30 minutes before it is possible to start the engine.
