12.3. Replacement of forward brake shoes on FS-III support

12.3.1. Removal
GENERAL INFORMATION

The forward brake mechanism with FS-III support
1–the screw with crosswise shlitsy, 4 Nanometers;
2–brake disk. In need of replacement replace both lobbies brake a disk. Before removal of a brake disk it is necessary to remove a support;
3–brake shoes. It is necessary to change all brake shoes on one axis of the car;
4–support;
5–a directing bolt, 28 Nanometers;
6–protective cover;
7–a brake hose with a tip for a hollow bolt, 35 Nanometers. At replacement of brake shoes it is not required to unscrew a brake hose;
 8–rotary fist;
9–the screw with an internal shestigrannik;
10-ABS sensor. Before installation clear the bottom internal thickening and grease it with konsistentny VW-G000650 greasing;
11-partition;
12-bolt, 10 Nanometers;
13-wheel bearing;
14-lock ring;
15-a wheel nave with an ABS sensor rotor

The support of FS-III differs that represents one detail.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Prevention

Surely make replacement of all blocks on one axis of the car even if the limit of wear were reached by only one block. If brake shoes are repeatedly established, before removal they are necessary for marking.
1. Weaken bolts of fastening of forward wheels, then lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports.
2. Remove forward wheels.
3. Remove protective casings (1) from two directing bolts of a support. Using a face six-sided key, unscrew directing bolts of a support.
4. Remove a support and, without disconnecting from it a brake hose, a soft wire tie up it to a car body. Thus do not stretch and do not overwind a brake hose.
5. Take from a support brake shoes.
