GENERAL INFORMATION

Brake tubes are applied to transfer of brake liquid from the main brake cylinder to wheel brake cylinders. Connections of tubes with brake cylinders and switching centers are made by konusny couplings. The ends of tubes are pressed out and have a cone-shaped form for the corresponding size of konusny carving openings in brake cylinders or switching centers.

Before obzhatiy the ends of tubes the lock nut which after a vvinchivaniye of a cone-shaped surface in the konusny basis of a carving opening presses is put on them and pressurizes a tube.

Brake hoses carry out mobile communications between mobile and motionless parts of the car. For reduction of losses of brake liquid at removal of working brake cylinders clips for a perezhatiya of brake hoses are used.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. At installation of a new brake tube or a brake hose be convinced that they are densely fixed in arms and are at sufficient distance from moving or heating-up details.
2. Upon termination of installation check level of brake liquid in the main brake cylinder and add it if necessary.
3. Remove air from brake system and carefully check work of brakes before beginning car operation.
