8.5.3. Adjustment check
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The gear shifting lever in a starting position should be established on inclusion lines 3 - й – 4-y transfers.
2. Press a coupling pedal, start the engine and in 3–6 seconds make trial inclusion of all transfers.
3. If gear shifting occurs not accurately, check lifting of a switching shaft as follows.
4. Include the first transfer.
5. Press the gear shifting lever to the left, then release the lever and measure vertical moving of a shaft of the mechanism of a choice of transfers which should make 1 mm.
6. For adjustment weaken a nut (A) of fastening of the hinge to the lever of a preliminary choice of transfers and, moving the cable hinge to cable cuts, establish demanded moving of a shaft.
7. Tighten a nut of fastening of a cable the moment of 15 Nanometers.
8. Establish into place a protective cover of the lever of gear shifting.
