4.2.7. System of heating of fuel
For increase in fluidity of diesel fuel at low temperatures of external air it is necessary for warming up. The heating is made by additional pumping of fuel which comes back from the fuel pump of a high pressure to a fuel tank. Passing through the fuel pump of a high pressure, fuel is warmed up. In the pipeline of return of fuel the adjusting valve which operates a fuel stream depending on temperature of the fuel filter is established. At temperature of external air is lower +15 ° About the fuel which has been warmed up by the fuel pump of a high pressure, goes to the fuel filter. At air temperature above +31 ° About the adjusting valve directs the fuel which has been warmed up by the fuel pump of a high pressure, directly to a fuel tank. The adjusting valve is located from the top party of the fuel filter. If the engine is not started at low air temperature in connection with a zagustevaniye of diesel fuel, execute the following actions: – remove the fuel filter and warm up its ferry; – replace the fuel filter with the new; – warm up the injection device, pouring over it hot water. |
