GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

At installation of new details according to the catalog of spare parts surely coordinate press a disk and a disk of coupling with an alphabetic index of the engine and engine number.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. At installation of a new disk of coupling or a press disk of coupling remove from them anticorrosive protection.
2. At installation of a disk of coupling watch, that on its frictional slips even in insignificant quantities oil therefore before installation of a disk of coupling wipe an interfaced surface of a flywheel and a surface of a press disk pure rags did not get, and a disk of coupling establish clean hands.
	3. Establish press a disk with a steel plate on a cranked shaft. The provision of installation of a steel plate should be such that the opening in a plate was combined with a ledge (it is specified by an arrow).
4. Screw in bolts of fastening of a press disk and tighten them the moment of 60 Nanometers then tighten them on a corner 90 °. Because there is a stretching of bolts, at installation it is necessary to use only new bolts.
	5. Establish in press a disk disconnecting disk (In) and fix it a lock ring (And).
6. Grease shlitsa in a nave of a disk of coupling with a thin layer of special greasing on the basis of a molybdenum disulfide.
	7. Check that aligning pins are rigidly fixed on a flywheel. Establish a disk of coupling and a flywheel on press a disk. For a centering of a flywheel there are adjusting pins. Adjusting pins of a flywheel should be combined with the corresponding openings. Also for a centering of a flywheel it is possible to use the special VW 3178 tool.
8. After a flywheel centering gradually and in diagonal sequence tighten bolts of fastening of a flywheel the moment of 20 Nanometers.
9. If it was used, remove the special aligning VW 3178 tool.
10. Establish a transmission.
