7.2. A coupling disk on cars with engines 1,4 and 1,6-I

7.2.1. Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a transmission.
2. Using the special VW 558 tool or a screw-driver, for teeths of a gear wreath of a flywheel block a flywheel from a provorachivaniye.
3. Gradually in diagonal sequence weaken bolts of fastening of a flywheel, turning each bolt on a turn half until it will be terminated springs and bolts can be unscrewed manually.
4. Remove a flywheel.
5. Remove a coupling disk.
6. Using a screw-driver edge, remove a lock ring (And), holding disconnecting disk (In) and remove the lever and a lock ring.
7. Remove disconnecting disk.
8. Using the special VW 558 adaptation, fix press a disk from a provorachivaniye and unscrew it from a cranked shaft. In the absence of the special adaptation hold from a provorachivaniye press a disk a screw-driver edge.
9. Remove press a disk and a steel plate.
10. Wipe a flywheel the rags moistened in gasoline.
