Prevention
The brake liquid used in hydraulic system of coupling, is poisonous, therefore at its hit on skin it is necessary to wash out immediately this place a large amount of water. Also this liquid is hygroscopic, that is absorbs moisture from air and consequently the liquid, being stored in open ware, it is not recommended to use a long time.
Any hydraulic system works normally and reliably if air is removed from hydraulic liquid in system.
During removal of air add only pure liquid of demanded type. Never use repeatedly liquid which flowed out from hydraulic system of coupling.
If in hydraulic system casually there was a mixing of liquids of various types, remove liquid from hydraulic system, wash out system pure liquid of demanded type and establish new sealing rings.
At continuous leakages of liquid of hydraulic system or hit in hydraulic system of air define the reason and a place of leak and eliminate damage.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. |
2. Remove the bottom mudguard of the engine. |
3. Check that connections of a hydraulic tube and a hose of coupling are reliably tightened, and the pumping union on a back part of the working cylinder of coupling is screwed up. Remove dustproof caps from unions of pumping of the working cylinder of coupling and a support of a forward brake and clear all traces of dirt about unions. |
4. Put on a transparent hose the union of pumping of a support of a forward brake. |
5. Fill a hose with brake liquid. For this purpose press a pedal of a brake and unscrew on a turn half the pumping union at the pressed pedal. |
6. Continuing to press a pedal, force out the liquid which was in system in a transparent hose. After the pedal will reach extreme forward situation and the liquid effluence in a hose will stop, screw the pumping union home. Repeat these operations before hose filling with brake liquid. Support a transparent hose in order that from it brake liquid did not pour out. |
7. At performance of this operation let's to level of brake liquid fall below the tank middle. |
8. Put on the free second end of a transparent hose the union of pumping of the working cylinder of coupling and open both unions of pumping. |
9. Press a pedal of a brake and, holding a pedal pressed, screw up against the stop the pumping union on a brake support. Repeat this operation until in a popolnitelny tank of brake system air vials will cease to appear. At performance of this operation constantly add fresh brake liquid. |
10. Screw up pumping unions against the stop and remove from them a transparent hose. |
11. Wipe unions of pumping and establish on them protective caps. |
12. Check smoothness of a course of a pedal of coupling. If by pressing the pedal of coupling moves with breakthroughs, means, at hydraulic system of coupling there is an air. If after repeated removal of air the coupling pedal again moves non-uniformly, means, sealing rings of the main thing or the working cylinder of coupling are worn-out. |
13. Establish the bottom mudguard of the engine and lower the car. |
