1. Check a condition of a press disk of coupling (places of check are specified by shooters). Development traces on the ends of a press spring should be no more than 0,3 mm. |
2. Check reliability of spring connection between a press disk and the case of a leading part of coupling. Existence of scratches and absence or damage of rivets is not allowed. |

3. Check press a disk on lack of cracks, пригара and wear of a surface. Using a steel ruler and an edge щупа, check not planeness of a working surface of a press disk. Not planeness of a press disk should not exceed 0,2 mm. |
4. Check a condition of a surface of a friction of a flywheel on lack of cracks, пригара and wear of a surface. |
5. Check a condition of frictional overlays of a disk of coupling and in the presence of oil traces on them or mechanical damages replace a coupling disk. |
6. Measure thickness of overlays of a disk of coupling. If their thickness of less admissible or if heads of rivets are close to a working surface, replace them or a coupling disk. |
7. Check face palpation of a disk of coupling which at distance of 2,5 mm from external diameter should make no more than 0,8 mm. |
8. Check a condition of the vyzhimny bearing which should rotate easily, evenly and silently, in it should be absent люфт. |

9. The working surface of the bearing influencing a press spring should be smooth, without cracks, local corrosion or development (shooters specified the directions in which the condition of the vyzhimny bearing is necessary to check). |
10. Faulty vyzhimny it is possible to define the bearing, without removing it from the car for what it is necessary to press a coupling pedal on the working engine. If by pressing of a pedal of coupling there is an additional noise, means, vyzhimny the bearing is faulty and it is necessary to replace it. |
