2.2.10. Check of pressure of oil and sensor of pressure of oil

GENERAL INFORMATION

The main operations on check of pressure of oil and the sensor of pressure of oil are given in subsection 2.1.10. The differences concerning diesel engines are given in this section only.

For check of the sensor of pressure of oil start the engine and smoothly increase engine turns.

On the diesel TDI engine at superfluous pressure of oil 0,75-1,05 a bar the light-emitting diode should go out.

On the diesel SDI engine at superfluous pressure 0,55–0,85 bar the light-emitting diode should go out.
