Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the bottom mudguard of a motor compartment.
2. On the diesel TDI engine weaken collars and remove a pipe connecting a radiator of nadduvayemy air and a turbonagnetatel.
3. If the belt is repeatedly established, using a marker or paint, note the direction of rotation of a belt.
4. Weaken a tension and remove poliklinovy a belt. For this purpose, using a wrench, turn the mechanism of a tension of a poliklinovy belt counter-clockwise and remove poliklinovy a belt, since the generator.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Using a wrench of 16 mm, turn the mechanism of a tension of a poliklinovy belt clockwise and establish poliklinovy a belt on engine pulleys. In the last turn establish poliklinovy a belt on a generator pulley. At repeated installation of a belt establish it according to earlier put arrow.
2. Smoothly release the mechanism of a tension of a belt, thus there will be an automatic tension of a poliklinovy belt.
3. On the diesel TDI engine establish a pipe connecting a radiator of nadduvayemy air and a turbonagnetatel and fix it collars.
4. Start the engine and check belt work.
5. Establish the bottom mudguard of a motor compartment.
