11-directing plugs of the oil pump;
12-sealing ring of round section;
13-pipe of a maslozabornik;
15-oil pallet. Installation of the oil pallet is made on VW-D 176404А2 hermetic;
16-sealing ring. At installation it is necessary to use a new sealing ring;

Oil filter of diesel engines
|1–carving stopper, 25 Nanometers;
3–oil heat exchanger. If at engine oil there is a large amount of shaving, it indicates on the tease in the engine and need of replacement of the oil heat exchanger;

|10-sensor of pressure of oil, 25 Nanometers (gray color);
12-a bolt, 15 Nanometers + to tighten on a corner 90 °. At installation it is necessary to use a new bolt. First of all the top left and bottom bolts then all four bolts are tightened by the demanded moment are screwed up;

| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. Remove the bottom mudguard of the engine.
| 2. Merge engine oil for what weaken a masloslivny stopper approximately on a turn half. Place the container for oil plum under a drain stopper and unscrew a stopper completely. If it is necessary, press a stopper when unscrew that oil did not proceed prematurely.
| 3. When oil completely will flow down, screw in into place a masloslivny stopper and tighten it the moment of 30 Nanometers.
||4. At existence remove an additional shumoizoliruyushchy casing of the oil pallet and the engine. For this purpose unscrew a bolt (1) and take razzhimny percussion caps (2) of rubber nests.
|5. Unscrew two or three bolts of fastening of the oil pallet to a transmission case.
|6. Unscrew bolts a wrench (for example HAZET 2528-10) and remove the oil pallet from the block of cylinders.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. Using a plastic or wooden scraper, clear of old laying a surface of the block of the cylinders, interfaced to the oil pallet.
||2. Using the rotating metal brush got on an electric sverlilka, clear hermetic from the oil pallet.
||3. Put an A2 VW-D 176 404 hermetic layer in diameter of 3 mm on an interfaced surface of the oil pallet (places of drawing of hermetic are specified by shooters).
After drawing of a layer of hermetic on the oil pallet installation of the oil pallet is necessary for making within 5 minutes. Time of drying of hermetic makes 30 minutes, and only after that it is possible to fill in engine oil in the engine.
The layer of hermetic should be only diameter of 3 mm as in case of a thick layer of hermetic surpluses of hermetic will get to oil and can block the mesh filter.
||4. It is also possible to put a hermetic layer on an interfaced surface of the block of cylinders (places of drawing of hermetic are specified by shooters)
|5. Establish the oil pallet on the block of cylinders of the engine and fix it bolts, having tightened them by hand.
|6. Screw in bolts of fastening of the oil pallet to a case of a transmission and tighten them the moment of 40 Nanometers.
|7. Crosswise tighten bolts of fastening of the oil pallet the moment of 10 Nanometers, then in the same sequence tighten all bolts the moment of 15 Nanometers.
|8. Establish an additional shumoizoliruyushchy casing of the oil pallet and the engine and fix it a bolt and razzhimny percussion caps.
|9. Fill in in the engine engine oil.
|10. Establish the bottom mudguard of a motor compartment.
