2.2.5. Removal and installation of an inlet collector of the diesel SDI engine

GENERAL INFORMATION

Inlet collector of the diesel SDI engine
1–top part of an inlet collector;
2–screw, 10 Nanometers;
3–a bolt with an internal shestigrannik, 15 Nanometers;
4–sealing ring. At installation it is necessary to use a new sealing ring;
5–lower part of an inlet collector;
6–valve of system of a retsirkulyatsiya of exhaust gases;		 7–a bolt with an internal shestigrannik, 25 Nanometers;
8–consolidation. At installation it is necessary to use new consolidation;
9–a bolt with an internal shestigrannik, 20 Nanometers;
10-to the air filter;
11-engine of the valve of an inlet collector;
12-arm

At work on a head of the block of cylinders it is enough to remove only the top part of an inlet collector.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a pipe connecting an inlet collector and the air filter.
2. Disconnect the electric socket from the engine of the valve of an inlet collector (11).
3. Unscrew the top part of an inlet collector (1) and remove consolidation (4).
4. Remove the lower part of an inlet collector. Thus unscrew a collar of fastening of the valve of system of a retsirkulyatsiya of exhaust gases in an inlet collector.
5. Unscrew the lower part of an inlet collector from a head of the block of cylinders.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear interfaced surfaces of an inlet collector and a head of the block of cylinders.
2. Replace all consolidations.
3. Further installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
