2. Grease a new sealing ring with fresh cooling liquid and establish it on the pump.

3. Establish the water pump so that the cap of the case of the pump was from below.

4. Fix the water pump bolts, having tightened them the moment of 15 Nanometers.

5. Establish directing roller and fix it a new bolt, having tightened it the moment of 40 Nanometers and having tightened on a corner 90 °.

6. Establish a gear driving belt.

7. Establish poliklinovy a belt.

Diesel TDI engine

8. Establish a pipe connecting a radiator of nadduvayemy air and an inlet collector, and fix it collars.

9. Fill in cooling liquid in system of cooling of the engine.
