PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge cooling liquid from cooling system.
2. Remove poliklinovy a belt.
Engine 1,6-I
3. Unscrew three bolts under a face six-sided key and remove the mechanism of a tension of a poliklinovy belt.
Engines 1,6/1,8-I
4. Establish a cranked shaft of the engine in such situation at which the piston of the first cylinder will be in the top dead point in a compression step. Weaken a tension of gear driving belts and remove them from pulleys of a camshaft and the water pump.
Prevention

Using rags, protect the gear belt located under the water pump.
Engine 1,4-I
5. Remove the main gear belt.
6. Unscrew a bolt (2), a fixing directing roller (1) (see fig. Elements of fastening of the water pump on the petrol engine 1,4-I).
7. Unscrew a bolt (7) fastenings of an arm (6), then unscrew four bolts (5) fastenings of the water pump. Remove a sealing ring from the water pump.

8. Unscrew bolts (1 and 5), (2) gear belts fixing a back casing (see fig. Water pump of the engine 1,6-I).
Engines 1,6/1,8-I
9. Unscrew three bolts, fixing the water pump and, being careful, take it from the engine. Remove from the water pump a sealing ring.
10. Take a rag protecting a gear belt from hit on it cooling liquid.
