3.6.2.1. Removal and installation

GENERAL INFORMATION

Unscrewing of a belt pulley of the water pump on the engine 2,3 - I-VR5

1–bolts of fastening of a pulley;

2–belt pulley;

3787-the special adaptation for pulley deduction

Prevention

The main operations on removal and installation of the water pump are stated in subsection 3.6.1.1 and in subsection 3.6.1.2. In this subsection operations which concern the engine 2,3 - I-VR5 are stated only.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Unscrew the bolts (1) holding a belt pulley (2) water pumps. Thus use the special adaptation for deduction of a pulley of the water pump from a provorachivaniye.

2. Unscrew three bolts and remove the water pump.

3. At installation of the water pump the cap on the case of the pump should be from below.
