Use of the special adaptation 3370 for removal of the decorative panel of the control unit by a heater

Check of smoothness of a course of cables of management

Holding a cable cover, move a cable forward-back in the direction of arrows.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a ware box.
2. Remove the bottom facing of a steering column.
3. Remove forward section of the central console.
4. Remove the decorative panel of the control unit a heater. For removal of the decorative panel it is possible to use the special adaptation 3370 (see fig. Use of the special adaptation 3370 for removal of the decorative panel of the control unit by a heater) or a steel plate with a hook on the end, same, as well as for removal of the central snuffled supply of air.
5. Unscrew four screws, fixing the control unit a heater (see fig. Arrangement of screws of fastening of the control unit heater).
6. Having pulled on itself, take the control unit a heater from the dashboard together with the cables of management connected to it.
7. Disconnect a management cable from the control unit a heater.
8. Check smoothness of a course of cables of management for what, holding a cable cover, move a cable forward-back (see fig. Check of smoothness of a course of cables of management).

Installation

Installation of a cable of management on the control unit lever a heater

For simplification of identification of a cover of cables of management have different color.
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Dress the rounded-off ends of cables (1) on control levers (2) and fix them, having turned in the arrow direction.
2. For fastening of a cover of a cable of management insert the holder of a cable (1) into the case of a clamp (2) to a zashchelkivaniye of the holder of a cable.
3. Insert the control unit together with the connected cables into the dashboard.
4. Screw in four screws, fixing the control unit a heater.
5. Insert the decorative panel of the control unit before its accurate fixing.
6. Establish forward section of the central console.
7. Establish the bottom facing of a steering column.
8. Establish a ware box.
